Q: What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept all payments via Paypal and Paynow/PayLah! Shop with peace of mind at The Bright Beaver.
For Paynow/PayLah! payment method, please make the outstanding payment to our UEN 53440163E and email the screenshot of the completed payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please cite your order number. Upon confirmation of the amount received, we will proceed to process the order
Q: When will my order arrive?
Once an order is placed, we will consolidate and process it. When your order has been packed and shipped, we will send your delivery tracking ID to you via the email address you provide at checkout.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
Yes, we do!

Q: I forgot to input my discount code during checkout. Am I still eligible for the discount?
All discount codes must be entered upon checkout and cannot be claimed once the purchase is completed. As long as the discount code has not expired, you may still redeem it for a subsequent order.
Q: Can I change my order or seek a refund upon confirmation of order?
Please check your order before making payment. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellation.
Q: There are wrong/missing/defective items in my order. What can I do?
If you have wrong, missing, or defective items in your order, please immediately get in touch with us via the Contact us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please check your delivery address before making payment. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the given delivery address.
